We are looking, for the next possible date, for our team in Seefeld on the beautiful Pilsensee (Munich metropolitan region)
a commercial organizational talent
part-time (25 hours per week, Monday - Friday).
Your tasks
- Data management and order management in the merchandise management system (ZENDONK)
- Order management in JOOR
- Processing inquiries from partners, agencies and customers B2B/B2C
- Organization of shipping and invoicing B2B/B2C
- Warehouse management / Inventory
- B2B/B2C returns and complain management
What you bring with you:
- Commercial work experience
- Organizational talent
- IT experience and affinity
- Reliable and independent way of working
- Customer orientation and a high level of service
- German and English spoken/written
- (optional) experience in eCommerce
