1.What materials are used at LU REN?

→ At LU REN, we primarily use natural yarns made from cashmere silk, cashmere, cashmere blends, and ultrafine merino wool, as well as hemp and cashmere linen. We ensure the highest quality standards.

2. How do I properly care for my LU REN knitwear?

→ We recommend washing our precious sweaters by hand or in the washing machine using a wool cycle. Our LU REN Cashmere Shampoo is the best choice. The temperature should be cold to lukewarm at most. Use the lowest spin speed. Excessive mechanical action leads to felting. Cashmere products should also not be soaked for longer than 15 minutes. Knitwear should always be dried flat, ideally on a towel or clothes rack. Iron inside out when 1 point is reached.

After wearing, we recommend airing the model out overnight in the fresh air. Only wet wash if it's heavily soiled.

We also recommend removing any pills that appear with a standard cashmere comb or shaver. This is the only way to keep your sweater looking well-groomed and as good as new.

Knitted items should be loosely folded and stored horizontally in a closet. When hung up, knitted items lose their original shape and become increasingly longer.

4. Can I return or exchange a product?

→ Yes, returns are possible within 14 days provided the product is unworn and in its original condition.
