Materials, Care & Fit
At LU REN, we primarily use natural yarns made from cashmere-silk, cashmere, cashmere blends and ultra-fine merino wool, as well as hemp and cashmere-linen. We ensure that these meet the highest quality standards. All our cashmere yarns come from Mongolia, the home of the famous cashmere goat.
We recommend that our customers wash these precious pullover inside out, either by hand or in the washing machine on a wool cycle. Our LU REN Cashmere Shampoo is the best choice for this. The water temperature should be cold to lukewarm at most (no higher than 20 degrees). Always use the lowest spin speed. Too much mechanical agitation can cause matting. Similarly, a cashmere garment should not be soaked for longer than 15 minutes. Knitwear should always be dried flat, ideally on a towel or a drying rack. Iron on a low setting (1) with the garment inside out. After wearing, we recommend airing the knitwear out in the fresh air overnight. Wet washing should only be carried out if the garment is heavily soiled. We also recommend removing any pilling with a standard cashmere comb or shaver. This is the only way to ensure your jumper always looks well-maintained and as good as new. Knitwear should be loosely folded and stored flat in the wardrobe. When hung up, knitted garments lose their original shape and become misshapen. You can also find all tips and instructions in our Cashmere Care Guide

Using your body measurements, this will help you find the right size for you. The style descriptions also include the item measurements for size M. Our items tend to run a little large. In some cases, sold-out or discontinued styles and sizes that are out of stock may be re-produced. Please feel free to contact us regarding your specific request.
Ordering, Delivery & Returns
You can pay for your order by credit card, Klarna, PayPal, Google Pay or Apple Pay. You can shop as a guest, but we recommend creating a customer account so that your details are saved for future purchases and you can make use of special features such as creating a wish list. You can also benefit from special offers, such as a welcome discount, via our newsletter (optional subscription when creating a customer account).
We usually cover the postage costs, including any return costs; however, if you would like express delivery, you can request this service for an additional charge.
We deliver your order via DHL or, if you prefer, via DHL Express. For express deliveries, orders must be placed by 12 noon (Mon–Fri) at the latest; delivery will then take place by 6 pm on the next working day. Orders placed at the weekend or on public holidays will not be processed and dispatched until the next working day, meaning that express delivery will also be delayed by one working day.
We currently offer delivery of our products to all EU member states. Customers in Switzerland are welcome to contact us to discuss possible purchasing options.
As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will automatically receive an email containing the tracking details. If the delivery status has not been updated for more than 3 days, please let us know so that we can look into the matter.
In this case, please contact us immediately and include supporting evidence with your message. We will then get back to you as soon as possible.
Returns are accepted within 14 days, provided the product is unworn and in its original condition. You can notify us of your return via our returns portal, after which you will receive a returns label. It may take up to 10 working days for the refund to appear on your payment method. We will credit the refund to the payment method originally used, but you may also request a store credit for our online shop if you wish.
Please note that we only accept returns of products ordered from the LU REN online shop. If you have any questions about items you have purchased in-store, please contact the relevant retailer. You can also find more information about your right of withdrawal here
Unfortunately, due to the way our system works, we are unable to process direct exchanges. To ensure we can process returns as quickly as possible, please place a new order and return the item that doesn’t fit to us.
You can purchase gift vouchers worth between €50 and €500 via our online shop. Once purchased, the gift voucher will be sent to you digitally by email. It can easily be printed out or forwarded to someone else, and can be redeemed both in our online shop (during the final step of the checkout process) and in our boutique. Only one voucher can be redeemed per order.
