Shipping Information

A. Shipping Costs and Information:

Shipping of goods is generally only available to the countries listed below. Shipping is carried out via DHL.

Depending on product availability, delivery time is usually 1–3 working days.

If you would like shipping to another country, please send us an email before placing an order (shop@lu-ren.com) and include the item, quantity, and delivery address with country and postal code. We will inform you shortly whether shipping to the requested country is possible and, if so, provide the shipping costs, as we need to check availability and pricing with our shipping partner in advance.

Shipping within Germany:

Shipping within Germany is free of charge. Express shipping with DHL costs €14.90.

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may arise in individual cases which we are not responsible for and must be borne by you. These may include bank transfer fees (e.g. transfer or exchange rate fees) or import duties and taxes (e.g. customs duties).

2. Express Checkout

Shopify Shop Pay
In cooperation with Shopify Payments, we offer the following payment methods:

Debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro)
Klarna invoice

Apple Pay
You can pay using Apple Pay during checkout. Payment must be confirmed via a supported Apple device following verification steps. Apple Pay uses the payment details stored in your Apple Wallet.

Google Pay
You can pay using Google Pay during checkout. Payment must be confirmed via the Google Pay app on a supported device. Google Pay uses the payment data stored in the app.

PayPal
Payment in a few steps:

3. Klarna

In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following options:

Invoice: Payment due within 30 days
Installments: Flexible monthly payments
Instant payment: Charged immediately after order
Direct debit: Charged after shipping

Use of Klarna payment methods requires a credit check. Your data is shared with Klarna for verification purposes.
