1. CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT AND DELIVERIES OF GOODS
1.1 We conclude contracts via https://www.lu-ren.com exclusively in German or English.
1.2 By clicking the "Buy now" button, you place a binding order for the items in your shopping cart. We will confirm receipt of your order via email immediately after you submit your order. A binding contract is concluded upon receipt of the order confirmation.
1.3 Unless otherwise stated in the order confirmation, our offer is always subject to change. LU REN GmbH products may exhibit natural, commercially acceptable, and minor changes in shape, color, and/or weight. These changes are subject to change within reasonable limits. The parties agree to this. Printing errors and technical changes in shape, color, and/or weight are also subject to change within reasonable limits.
1.4 Please note that, as an exception, we are not obligated to deliver the ordered goods if we have properly ordered the goods ourselves, but have not been delivered correctly or on time (congruent hedging transaction). A further prerequisite is that we are not responsible for the unavailability of the goods and have informed you of this fact immediately. Furthermore, we must not have assumed the risk of procuring the ordered goods. If the goods are therefore unavailable, we will immediately refund any payments already made.
1.5 We do not assume the risk of having to procure ordered goods (procurement risk). This also applies to orders for goods that are only described by their type and characteristics (generic goods). We are only obligated to deliver from our inventory and from goods ordered by us from our suppliers. We deliver orders within Germany, the European Union, and the United Kingdom. If delivery times are specified as working days, this means all days from Monday to Friday inclusive, excluding public holidays.
2. PRICES, SHIPPING COSTS
2.1 The prices listed in the offer at the time of the order apply. The prices stated are final prices, i.e., they include the applicable German VAT rate.
2.2 We will cover the shipping costs for you, except for express delivery.
3. PAYMENT
3.1 We generally offer the payment methods credit card, Maestro.
3.2 In the case of purchase by credit card, your credit card account will be debited when we ship the order.
4. GIFT VOUCHERS AND THEIR REDEMPTION
4.1 Gift vouchers are vouchers that you can purchase. These can only be redeemed for the purchase of Lu-Ren items and not for the purchase of additional gift vouchers. If the balance on a gift voucher is insufficient for the order, the difference can be made up using the payment options offered.
4.2 Gift vouchers and credit can only be redeemed before the order process is completed
5. STATUTORY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FOR LU-REN ITEMS
WHEN YOU PURCHASE LU-REN ITEMS, YOU HAVE A STATUTORY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
We would like to inform you in advance that if you wish to return goods, you can use the return label enclosed with your order.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period shall be fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the goods or, in the case of partial deliveries, the last delivery.

Consequences of revocation
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), promptly and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier. You must return or hand over the goods to us promptly and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us that you have canceled this contract. This deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. We will cover the cost of returning the goods if you use the return label provided by us for returns within Germany. Otherwise, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods other than what is necessary to check their quality, properties, and functioning.

End of the cancellation policy
Attention : The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of contracts for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.
6. REPAYMENTS
We will automatically arrange any refunds to the account you used for payment.
